Our Single Grain Double Barrel Irish Whiskey is carefully matured in flame-charred ex-Bourbon American oak barrels and finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla, a small Spanish town known for its rich terroir. We meticulously select the casks, liquid, and cooper to ensure every bottle delivers the unique flavors of the region.

The result is a whiskey with rich, complex flavours that whiskey lovers will truly appreciate this holiday season.
