Keepers Heart 10 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey

Our first aged statement is made from a mash of malted barley, distilled in copper pot stills and aged for 10 years in Bourbon barrels. This expression has all of the complexity malt whiskey is known for. We then finish it in Malaga wine casks which adds notes of stone fruits and marzipan that marry wonderfully with the malty character.

43% ALC/VOL – 86 PROOF

NOSE: Cereal biscuity, elements of apricots, honey and almond

TASTE: Honey sweetness & texture intertwined with notes of fruit, cereal, nuttiness

FINISH: Malt cereal, background notes of toasted oak
