At full strength, the whisky reveals a prominence of velvety milk chocolate and orange zest. When water is added, reducing it to 40%, bright notes of grapefruit and creamy vanilla panna cotta emerge. A further cut of water, reducing the strength to 20%, unveils a fresh, warming finish of apple and lemon zest.
