Paladar Reposado Tempranillo

Paladar Reposado is a tequila born of tradition and innovation, crafted by one of the last independent founding families of tequila. From field to bottle, every step honors five generations of distilling knowledge while embracing a modern vision of sustainability and artistry.

This reposado begins with 7-year Blue Weber agave, grown in volcanic soils in Jalisco, slow-cooked in brick ovens, and fermented in open-air pine vats with wild and proprietary yeast. Twice distilled in copper and stainless steel pot stills, the tequila is then aged for 8 months in American oak casks before a rare finishing in ex-Tempranillo wine barrels from Relieve in Baja California.

The Tempranillo cask imparts a layer of elegance and depth, weaving together notes of raisins, red fruit, and spiced pear with the natural richness of oak and agave. The result is a reposado of remarkable smoothness and complexity—where the warmth of tradition meets the intrigue of experimentation.

Every bottle of Paladar is hand-dipped in the volcanic soil of the agave fields, a tangible connection to the land that shapes its character.

Tasting Experience

  • • Nose: Subtle fruit and oak, kissed with red berries
  • • Palate: Silky with notes of raisins, spiced pear, and sweet agave
  • • Finish: Warm, full-bodied, and lingering with hints of Tempranillo wine

A singular expression, Paladar Reposado Aged in Tempranillo Casks is more than a tequila—it’s a story of heritage, terroir, and craft.
