If your bottle arrived broken or leaking, please provide clear photographic evidence of the packaging and the product to expedite your claim.
Await Authorization
Our team will review your request according to state liquor laws and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the return is eligible.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your claim is approved or the original item is returned to our shop, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle.
