This is an 8.5-year Bardstown barrel from a honey hole in the rickhouse, a total "Smash!" 

Nose:

Inviting aromas of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak.
Subtle hints of dried fruit, leather, and a touch of spice.

Palate:

Rich and full-bodied with flavors of toffee, dark chocolate, and roasted nuts.
Balanced by notes of cinnamon, clove, and a hint of sweet maple syrup.

Finish:

Long and warming with lingering notes of oak and spice.
